I have had websites hosted with Third Sphere for 26 months, and in that time there has only been one time that there was any downtime for technical reasons. And personally, the host's server downtimes is one of the most important factors in choosing a webhost...

I mean, think of it this way. If your host's server is down, then your website will not be displayed to visitors, when they visit your site. Which is the entire purpose for having a website, right? So people can see it.

If they see nothing, they will exit and never return.

Also, customer support I have found to be excellent. I have always had prompt replies to any help I needed. And, they had much patience as I learned how to do the technical aspects of building websites.

With Third Sphere Hosting you get a generous amount of bandwidth (which is used when visitors come to your sites), and disc space (which is what is used as you build more pages to your websites). Both are obviously important.

The one aspect that could be improved is there is only email support and no phone support. For me this is not an issue. The email support has always been prompt and the Technical Support people knowledgeable. However, some people like phone support, so thats why I feel its one improvement they could make with their service.

I also like the ThirdSphere forum, where fellow owners of internet businesses can hang out in a member's only forum.

However, I am personally very happy with Third Sphere Hosting, and have no reservations about recommending the service to anyone who needs good, reliable web hosting for their internet business.
